Overview
The Peugeot E-Traveller is a fully electric MPV designed to offer zero-emission transportation for large families, shuttle services, and taxi fleets. Derived from Peugeot's commercial vehicle platform, it occupies a practical niche in the market alongside sister models from Stellantis such as the Citroen e-SpaceTourer and Vauxhall Vivaro Life Electric. It provides carrying capacity for up to 9 occupants while delivering the lower running costs and smooth, silent operation of a battery-powered powertrain.
Design
The exterior design of the E-Traveller conceals its van origins with distinctive Peugeot passenger car styling. The front features Peugeot's signature brand identity, highlighted by a body-coloured closed-off grille featuring the three-claw LED headlights. Available in both Standard (4.98m) and Long (5.33m) wheelbases, the side profile is defined by clean body panels, body-coloured door handles, side mouldings, and privacy glass for the rear passenger section. Dual twin-sliding side doors come as standard to allow easy access in tight spaces, while the rear is dominated by a wide, vertical tailgate with an independently opening rear windscreen on higher trims.
Interior
Inside, the E-Traveller prioritises passenger comfort, high seating positions, and modern connectivity. The dashboard is centered around a 10-inch digital instrument display and a high-definition 10-inch central touchscreen infotainment system featuring wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and connected 3D navigation. Cabin controls include the compact 'e-Toggle' gear selector and a drive mode switch integrated into the centre console. Depending on the specification, seating layouts cater to 6, 8, or 9 passengers. Upmarket trims feature plush leather upholstery, individual captain chairs with armrests, and a modular sliding table.
Performance & Powertrains
Power for the E-Traveller comes from a front-mounted electric motor producing 136 hp and 260 Nm of torque. Energy is supplied by a 75 kWh battery pack, delivering a range of up to 219 miles. Acceleration from 0 to 62 mph takes roughly 14.3 seconds, with top speed electronically capped at 81 mph. Charging performance includes 100 kW DC rapid charging capability, allowing a 20% to 80% top-up in approximately 45 minutes. Standard home charging is handled via a 7.4 kW single-phase on-board charger, which fully replenishes the battery in roughly 10 hours, while an optional 11 kW three-phase unit reduces AC charging times.
Practicality
Maximum interior space efficiency is the core strength of the E-Traveller. In its 9-seat configuration, it retains 1,162 litres of luggage volume up to the roof line. With the third row removed or folded, load capacity expands to 3,000 litres, reaching a maximum cargo space of 4,900 litres in the Long body variant with all rear seats removed. The rear seats operate on floor rails, allowing them to slide, fold, or be fully detached. Storage compartments are scattered throughout the cabin, including large door bins, overhead shelves, and a chilled lower glovebox.

Pricing for the Peugeot E-Traveller starts from £36,990 for entry-level Combi specifications and rises up to £48,125 for higher-tier passenger setups. Trim options consist of the entry-level Combi, Active, and the luxury-focused Allure. The EV Hub recommended configuration is the Standard 75kWh model in Allure trim.
