The Peugeot E-Expert is a fully electric medium panel van that plays a pivotal role in Stellantis' commercial vehicle lineup. Design
Featuring Peugeot's latest commercial design language, the E-Expert replaces the traditional front grille with a body-coloured panel featuring a distinctive tiled pattern surrounding the newest Peugeot emblem. Sharp LED headlight clusters incorporating the signature Claw daytime running lights anchor the front end, giving the van a modern and stylized identity. The overall profile remains purposefully functional, with protective side cladding, clean body panels, and standardized 16-inch or 17-inch wheels depending on trim. Its overall height is kept strictly under 1.9 metres, ensuring hassle-free access to standard multi-storey car parks and underground loading bays.
Interior
Inside, the cabin takes clear cues from Peugeot's passenger car range, delivering an ergonomic and driver-centric setup. A central 10-inch high-definition touchscreen manages infotainment duties with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, accompanied by a 10-inch fully digital instrument cluster displaying real-time power flow and energy consumption. Physical climate controls are retained beneath the screen for quick operational access. Gear selection is managed via a compact e-Toggle switch on the central console alongside dedicated drive mode buttons. The three-seat bench layout offers practical under-seat storage, though the middle seat remains best suited for shorter trips.
Performance & Powertrains
Power is delivered by a single electric motor producing 136 hp and 260 Nm of instant torque driving the front wheels, yielding a top speed of 81 mph and a 0-62 mph acceleration time of roughly 13.1 seconds. Battery choices consist of two distinct capacities. The 50 kWh battery offers up to 148 miles of range whilst the 75 kWh battery increases the range up to 230 miles. Both configurations support 100 kW DC rapid charging, capable of replenishing the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes for the 50 kWh pack and 45 minutes for the 75 kWh pack.
Practicality
Despite housing a substantial battery pack within the chassis floor, the E-Expert compromises none of its internal load capacity compared to internal combustion engine variants. Cargo volume ranges from 5.3 cubic metres on Standard models up to 6.1 cubic metres on Long models. The Moduwork smart cargo feature adds a load-through hatch in the steel bulkhead, allowing long items up to 4 metres to extend into the front passenger footwell. Maximum gross payload stands at up to 1,001 kg. Twin side sliding doors and 180-degree opening unglazed rear barn doors come standard to simplify loading in tight spaces.

Pricing for the Peugeot E-Expert starts at £42,150 (excluding VAT) for the entry-level Professional trim with the 50 kWh battery, while upgrading to the larger 75 kWh pack increases the base price to approximately £47,250. Trim levels are structured between the well-equipped Professional and the higher-specification Asphalt. The EV Hub recommended configuration is the Long body length paired with the 75 kWh battery pack in Professional trim. This setup unlocks the maximum 230-mile range and full 6.1 cubic metre load volume, offering the most versatile operational capability for long-distance routes and heavy commercial use while retaining essential technology as standard.
